Caveman Training - Brisbane's best Bootcamp!

Caveman (High Intensity Interval Training) is quickly becoming known as one of the toughest workouts around.  Difficulty variations are built into the workouts so literally anyone can do it.   The workouts will push you to your limits.  Combining a wide variety of functional movements such as pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements into a timed workout. Always varied, always changing, always producing results. In every session one can expect the unexpected, a participant will never know what is coming.

Designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes, the classes are for both males and females.

The classes are guaranteed fresh every time, never boring, hard and challenging!

Tabata High Intensity Training

Tabata was created in 1996 in Japan by Professor Izumi Tabata.  In a Tabata workout exercises are performed for 20 seconds at a high intensity and then followed by 10 seconds of rest, this is repeated for 8 rounds.  An example of a 30-minute Tabata workout might look like this: Push ups (20/10 x 8), Racked Kettlebell Squats (20/10 x 8), Bent over Barbell Rows (20/10 x 8), Roman Chair Sit ups (20/10 x 8).

Depending on the size of the class you might be working with two, three or four people at one station which just gives you that extra motivation to push yourself that extra bit harder.

Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squatbench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves lifting weights in three attempts. Powerlifting evolved from a sport known as "odd lifts", which followed the same three-attempt format but used a wider variety of events, akin to strongman competition. Eventually odd lifts became standardised to the current three.

Strength Wars WOD

Strength Wars Workout Of The Day is a challenge class that pits participants against one another in disciplines such as: deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull ups, dips, clean and press. Our Strength Wars class is the ultimate proving ground to test any athletes true strength.  The atmosphere is unrivalled, the motivation is phenomenal.  This class will push you to your limits.
