Nikolai Babkoff, MBM, Dip Fit & Rec, Cert 3/4 Fitness is the owner of Xtreme Athlete Pty Ltd.  Nikolai, is one of Australia's most recognised and trusted authorities on training and nutrition.  He received his first fitness qualification in 1997 and has since competed professionally in Mixed Martial Arts and Bodybuilding as well as featuring on the first season of Australian Ninja Warrior.  Aside from these achievements Nikolai is also an accredited fitness author and has been featured on national television  in Australia and internationally on Buzzfeed

As personal trainer & strength coach for numerous gyms and martial arts organisations for over two decades Nikolai has appeared on numerous forms of media covering the fitness industry.  Nikolai has written articles on exercise, nutrition and health.  His book credits include the bestselling Understanding Macros series and the acclaimed text Get slim to live big. Online Training & Nutrition 

The benefits of online training begin with its affordability!  Online programs can be much more cost effective than paying a personal trainer for a one-on-one session.  Your customised online program is based on information you provide on your daily activity levels, food preferences, allergies, and personal fitness goals.  We update all of your meal plans and workout plans on a monthly basis to keep it fresh.  Many of our clients choose to train online and gain fantastic results by following our step by step plans.   

Developed over years of hands-on training and experience our real-time programs cater for your needs and are designed just for you, no matter your fitness level or body type.  Let us give you the diet tips, advice, and motivation to help you get the body you want!

For example a common mistake is to do cardio as a separate program from strength training when trying to burn fat. That is inefficient at best, and can be counterproductive.  Our programs use methods like cardio acceleration, Tabata, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) mixed into your strength training so that you build muscle and burn fat at the same time in the most effective manner.
